25 Center Street is upscale dining in a contemporary, relaxed atmosphere class without pretense... better food for everyone. Restaurant is the realization of a vision by owner Tom Sharp, of bringing a new level of culinary excellence to downtown Southington.

Tom is a graduate of Johnson & Wales University Culinary Arts program and have been active in the foodservice industry for the past 15 years in and around Connecticut.

After Culinary School, Tom worked much of his career for corporate restaurants in New England. With a focus on general operations, Tom groomed his culinary abilities as a kitchen manager opening and rehabilitating several restaurants in Connecticut and Massachusetts.

With the inception of 25 Center Street, he has found a balance between the creativity and personalized approach of upscale dining, with the pragmatic and businesslike organization of corporate restaurants to develop a concept that is excellent in both its offering and operation. Now, this originality, combined with 15 years of experience, shows up throughout the guests’ experience – from the time they enter the front door, until they finish their home-made desserts.
